* Unity Day

Wesley Methodist School Kuala Lumpur

WMSKL proudly celebrated Unity Day, known as “Hari Perpaduan,” on 24 April 2024.
This cherished tradition at WMSKL saw the participation of nearly 200 students, who showcased unity through various performances such as speeches, dikir barat, dances, and more.
Unity Day serves as a poignant reminder of the strength and richness found in diversity. It’s a day to honour and cherish the distinct backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives that each member of our community brings to the table. By nurturing an environment of respect, empathy, and solidarity, we unlock the potential of our collective experiences to drive positive change and pave the way for a brighter future.
On this significant day, WMSKL extends a warm invitation to Deputy National Unity Minister K. Saraswathy, Chairman of Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, Datuk Dr. Anwar Ridhwan, Datuk Tuan Asmawi Tuan Umar from Yayasan Prihatin Nasional, Chairman of BERNAMA Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, as well as all representatives from the Methodist Council of Education, Bishop from Methodist Church Malaysia, all students and teachers to join us in commemorating the spirit of unity.
Let’s celebrate diversity, embrace unity, and continue our collective journey towards a world where every individual is valued and respected.
